This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. No matter how clean you leave your place They will keep your deposit. If you ask for maintenance they send you a bill. Mold issues. 7 inspections in 9 months just so they can charge you. No notice of turning off water for more than 12 hrs. Blowing debris off roof onto my car. Definitely rent from a reputable company.

Do not rent from these people. Complete waste of space. If you're being harassed by your neighbors don't expect anything to happen, they don't care. We will be moving as soon as possible to not continue to deal with the trash they keep around. Edit 1: Also if you want to take a vacation they will cut it short with welfare check calls and inspections because of the people who were harassing you. Also their office is not open until 4:30pm like it says, they close at 4pm. Will edit again once the move out is complete at the end of June with how much they decide to try to screw us over.

We have been renting from them for almost 6 years there kind and help when u need it I recommend them 100%
