Came here to diagnose the swell on my face but was told can't do so but must go to er without even come close to take a look at me. what's the point of a rediclinic?

As like the previous comment, we have been coming to this Redi Clinic for years. Today's visit was the worst service we've ever received. The receptionist, who refused to give me her name, would not listen to me concerning our copay. She stated she HAD to charge me what was on her computer screen or I could go somewhere else. I explained the amount was incorrect and I could pay the correct amount and IF different they could charge my card at that time. She then called another associate who said the same thing. I could pay the amount they told me or "go somewhere else." If this appt. wasn't for my sick daughter @ 5:00 I would have DEFINITELY gone somewhere else. I WILL "go somewhere else" next time. Redi Clinic/Pin Oak, you have lost my business & I will let BCBS know how you speak to your patients.

Always impeccable customer service. The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Appointment times are quick and easy to schedule.

This Rediclinic was very nice to go to. I came at my appt time and got checked in and got seen pretty quick. The lady up front was very sweet and thorough with her questions for my visit. Ms. Ijie, the pa, was amazing. She took care of my issues in ways CVS' clinic did not. The only thing I would say they need to work on is billing. I came in and verified price without insurance and reminded them I am an employee at the HEB, which means I get a discount, so they charged me that price and I paid it. Two or three days later I recieve an email from Rediclinic stating I owed a balance, I was very confused and frustrated. It turns out that the person who checked me probably hadnt applied the discount before but I went in and luckly the ladies who were there took care of this for me. Other than the billing issue this was a great visit.
