Red Wing - Katy, TX

I've been wearing Red Wings for a number of years, shopping at half a dozen locations with varying results. To make a long story short, my feet are difficult to fit. I've experienced nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, and patient help from Mickie, Daniel, and the rest of the crew. Highly recommended!

Came to this location looking for a specific boot and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have definitely earned my business.

Worst Red Wing store me and my husband have ever been in (and weve been in many) small selection and hardly any stock of what they do have on display. Staff could care less and seems to have no knowledge of products. Dont waste your time!

I'll be happy when this place goes out of business. I've been in 3 times to try to get an appropriate fitting shoe. They never have any sizes, they take 2-3 weeks to get a shoe in when you ask to order it. The first time I went in, I was placed on a machine to get my shoe size. Afterwards, the employee brought out 4 different shoes. None of them fit in width. Why bring out shoes that don't fit? If you have no shoes in store, why not offer to bring in a few pairs that may work? Now after 4 weeks of going back and forth to this store- I have still not been placed in a boot that fits. My latest request to order a boot has not been fulfilled after 2 weeks of waiting. They clearly don't care about their customer's satisfaction. I mentioned my dissatisfaction the last time I was in the store. One employee tried to argue with me that I was wrong, when I mentioned that Amazon could deliver to me overnight. Overall, I don't recommend this place. Just drive to the Red Wing store in Sugar Land or go to one of the sporting goods stores and buy from them.
