        I had no problem with anything. Сall them then an made appointment. i did locate septictank cover my self but sometimes you have to use service to locate septic tank if you don't know where it is and who ever does it flushes small radar in to your toilet and then locates it in your septic tank .There was 2 hour window from 10 am till 12 pm for a service They came before 12 pm did everything right. Excellent !!! Payment was done later this day. NO PROBLEMS

        Horrible experience with this company. Trying for 4 weeks to get my septic tank cleaned and complications, due to shoddy work they performed 3 years ago, has made this so frustrating. Searching for new company.
