Initially was a little upset because power rake rented overnight wouldn't stay on. I was able to get the job I intended to do with the power rake accomplished with my pick axe. I Returned the power rake and was able to be instead rent a tiller. That machine worked great! I've never used a machine operated tiller but I think I checked out the smallest one they had and it saved me so much money and time. So where I initially was going to pay $95 or so with the power rake over-night - I used the tiller for $40 ($50 with usage fee). I shouldn't have tried to check out hardware right before they closed (I thought they closed at 5 pm but it is 4 pm). That is what caused most the issue. in the end - great customer service and my client was satisfied with the work I did using the rented tiller.

Their customer service is outstanding. Ive rented equipment from them for several years and the guys that worked there have always been friendly and extremely helpful.
