The place isn't great but these people who follow the rules get back on track. I got fed up with homeless people who won't Stay there across the street coming to my restaurant because they have to follow rules here like no drinking and curfew. It helps people.

I was happy with this place until my caseworker Marcya screwed me out of food stamps. When she first helped me applied, she needed to be there for the interview to verify my homelessness and identity but was too lazy to answer her phone. It took 2 hours to find someone to give the same information. Then for my recertification, she got copies of FOUR different letters saying I needed to fill out a form ASAP or I'd lose my food stamps. She never said a word to me, has repeatedly refused to give me my mail, and now my food stamps have been cancelled because she's lazy. I want her fired. She's supposed to be a caseworker but costs homeless people their only source of food? If she were licensed, I'd have that pulled, but she's not so I want her fired.

Very rude told me they were full and to call back in a couple of months! Then hung up in my face . How is that any help ?!?

While there you get adequate services. And bedbugs. Once you leave you're blacklisted. They first lie and say they'll return your calls. Then they say they can't help at all.
