Sometimes you just need a person! The app only goes so far. People have always been helpful ... however they have had a new staff each time I was there.

March 2, 2020 and I have tried reaching my local branch for the last 4 business days. Nobody answers and you get the National phone reply. I've spent hours on hold before I've hung up. I tried chat and that doesn't work. They changed my log in information and I can't reach anyone to get it straightened out. Service totally sucks while I'm losing thousands due to their negligence.
April 17. System keeps rejecting my trades. 90 minute wait time and no chat room. Customer service sucks.
June 11, ,2020 and I'm trying to sell stocks and the website keep rejecting my sales. Nobody is in the office and nobody is working remotely also. You can't talk to a person. I'm not going to wait an hour on the 1-800 number. Horrible customer service.
