My brothers and I cannot tell you how grateful we are for the staff at Primrose. Our parents have been residents there for 2+ years. From Day One they were made to feel as though they'd been there forever. When dementia began overtaking them, the staff rose to the occasion, moving them closer to the nurse's station and checking on them every half hour and getting hospice involved for us. Our mother recently passed. In the days preceding her passing the staff was there round the clock not only for her and my dad, but also for us. They fed us, made sure all of our questions were answered and made sure we had the privacy and dignity we needed when she did pass. They are now making sure my dad is getting used to life without his wife. I would HIGHLY recommend Primrose retirement community to anyone who wants a second family cariing for their parents!

I worked here for a very short time maybe about 2 and 1/2 weeks and worked my tail off to only be treated like trash ant tossed out like garbage . Mind you as I am typing this review as I still havent gotten paid for my hard work for about 2 weeks now. I was soon fired for not coming to work without any compensation. I thought we were in 2024 not the 1700 slave years. The staff inside are fake and not of quality. There are a couple of people that work there that are very negative and Disrespectful most times. They will never have another person that worked as hard as I did everyday for the residents. God bless the amazing residents because without them there would be no primrose.

The manager Dawn wants to control the whole facility yet is overwhelmed by the job.  She uses the staff (14 year old employee) to record and video things going on in the kitchen,  and manipulates the department to fit her needs.  I would not recommend working there under her management.So if you are looking for work in the dietary department , pass this place up.

I have worked at Primrose a little over a year and its a great place to work . Seeing the residents smiling and laughing makes every day better.. I'm so happy to be a part of Primrose.
