Peppers Pool and Spa

Pepper's treated me like I was the most important person to walk through their door. They exhibit an unreasonable amount of hospitality, take the required time to go through options with clients, and truly do want to impress with their products/services. I would recommend Pepper's to everybody looking for a spa! Customer service is incredible!

We bought our pool and hot tub here. I am so glad I did. They are so nice and helpful. Kim is the gal that helped us, she is a sweetheart. Im so glad we didnt go to family Leisure like we had originally thought we would. They are not less expensive at all we saved money with Peppers and the guy that did our install that they recommended, he was amazing did a great job in about3 1/2 to 4 hours! They helped us get out water sorted out also!

Johnny came out and opened our pool yesterday. He did an excellent job.weve never Had our pool look so good. Thanks again Johnny. Well be a customer of yours for life.

It's so frustrating trying to find a reliable pool store in Missouri. I don't doubt the knowledge they have, but their customer service is... lacking. They do not call you to verify anything. You have to stay on top of things with them. I ordered a new sand filter, and never got a call it was ready to pick up. I stopped in to schedule a pool closing, was told I'd get a call once they have a chance to look over their schedule, and never got a call to verify it was scheduled. I had to go in the store and confirm. My closing day appointment was set for 11a-1p. Nobody appeared until 3p. On the plus side, they helped me on pool chemistry this summer. I learned that the Sam's Club shock doesn't do much, and they got my pool back up to snuff quickly when I was having algae issues.
