        Yesterday I needed to put insurance on my vehicle and Jeff was the guy who answered the phone and assisted me with my needs, he spent a good bit of time on the phone with me while I was getting information from my old policy with another company. When I finally decided to accept an offer from an underwriter Jeff was with me every step of the way. What made my experience personal was I was explaining to him how my life had changed with the up cost of rent and other expenses as a single person with one income. He listened, and it just became a real life conversation and it made me feel like someone really understood my needs seriously and was not just trying to make a commissions sale. Continue to be a beacon of light up there at Patriots Insurance Jeff Irish Benton
