Pizza Hut

The pizza was excellent, made exactly as ordered, wait time minimal and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this Pizza Hut to all my friends.

Awful service Unpleasant greeting, would not provide a menu insisting we scan their QR code to order "you need to go digital, we don't do menus." I should have known when I walked in since there was no one there and the outside lights weren't even lit. We found a wonderful pizza place elsewhere.

The pizzas usually great but not like it was in the 80s and 90s, its like it's missing something. Not sure if it's the tabletop Pac Man or the red cups or if there's an ingredient missing from the pizza but something is not there.

We arrived at 9:30pm, the restaurant was scheduled to close at 11pm. Both staff were in the orders area with no one in the kitchen and restaurant was empty. The staff lied and told us there was a 1 hour wait for food - unlikely given that the kitchen was empty, and we saw them laughing on our way out. Rude and dreadful customer service. Go to subway instead where the staff go out of their way to help!

Super sucks. When you order its a call center. The store never picked up the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the order was. It never came. The call center didnt have any recourse. No way to refund. They charged my card twice. Is zero stars an option?
