We purchased a new furnace from Temp Right last year along with a service agreement. We have been very pleased. Yesterday Tony came to our home to check and service our system. He called ahead when he was able to come sooner than expected which was so nice as we had hoped to do some other things later in the day. He was very efficient , pleasant and respectful. He evaluated and checked our furnace and our AC unit thoroughly, replaced a filter, reviewed the intricacies of our system with us, and took time to review our controller and operation. We have had nothing but excellent experience with this company and Tony reflected not only his own high standard of customer service but the company's overall commitment to excellence. Temp Right Service in Kalispell worked with me to repair my geothermal heat pump. They did a great job keeping up with communication, showing up on time, and going the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. I am really happy with the service I received and will continue to use them to maintain my system.
