Bob's Appliance Repair

I have left four messages over the past few months and can't get a call back. I would like to use Bob's Appliance as he has been good in the past but frustrated that he won't return messages.

I recommend Bob's Appliance to anyone needing a great experience and customer service. My garage freezer went out and could have potentially cost a lot of money to replace the food. Bob came out the same day, within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got it working temporarily as it needed a new part. Advised it was frosting up in the back, and how to keep it running while we wait for the part (shipping parts has been long due to COVID). As soon as the part came in he was back at my house and replaced it within 20 minutes. Also went the extra mile and cleaned up the bottom of ice and flushed the drain area. Great service, above and beyond normal. I'll be doing business again with another other appliances I have. Service: Freezer repair
