Sadly I would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I almost never post reviews. I had a clunk in the rear. They had to re-fix the issue and had my car 5 times in about a 3-4 week period. They actually made my car worse than what I had brought it in for. They replaced parts that were not even bad with USED parts which made my car have new noises. On top of that I have no idea exactly what all they actually replaced because for a lot of the work they never gave me a print out because they "fixed it for free" because they had my car 5 times. They never had it done on time and terrible customer service all around. Definitely some shady business going on. I verified with Chevy dealership that they did in fact put used parts on my car. It's sad because I had gone here about 7 years prior and had excellent experience with them and no issues. I don't know if they got some new shady employees or what but I'll never be going back because now I have to pay more to actually get it fixed properly.
