        I love working out at BeFit Studio. Tammy is professional and very knowledgeable about the body. Sessions always start on time and end on time which makes scheduling a breeze. She takes the time to get to know each clients body and fitness goals. The studio is very clean and COVID safe. I highly recommend Tammy and BeFit Studio.
