Infinity Flooring

We were in the market for new countertops and a friend recommended Infinity Flooring in Joshua Tx. It was the wrong thing to do. In May 2017 we picked out the granite and backsplash and were required to pay 60% down. We paid $2002.00 down on May 11, 2017. It took 2 months to get an install date. We were getting very frustrated but remained patient because we really like Jen. Our install date was finally scheduled for July 13, 2017 and the installers arrived over 2 hours late and had the wrong countertop. They had already started tearing out our old backsplash before we realized it was the wrong granite. At this point we stopped the job and called Jen. We told her that we no longer wanted to do business with Infinity Flooring and asked for our money back. My husband went to Infinity Flooring on July 13th and Jen agreed to issue a refund to our account. She said it would take approximately 2-3 business days to hit our bank, today August 9th we have yet to receive our refund. I have asked Jen to resolve this matter but she hasn't responded.
