We are sorry to again hear of your displeasure. We met with you on several occasions to try and establish a plan to work cooperatively toward completion of the project. However, the nonpayment of a progress invoice after passing the framing and mechanical inspections and the call to the code official office implying we bribed the inspector, made working conditions impossible.
