I wish I hadnt done business with this company. Rented a tractor with harrow for three days. Equipment was delivered afternoon on day 1. Harrow had been re-welded and broke at the re-weld after 2 hours of use. Tractor stopped after less then 7 hours and would not start. It was a waste of 3 days rental. Not only did they not refund for the equipment, they charged an additional $450 for damages that I didnt cause. What a scam!

Rented a mini excavator from them. I operate a lot of heavy equipment and was shocked the track on the equipment came off operating the equipment normally. Had to have company send a tech out to put the track back on and I helped the tech. The company insisted on charging a service call fee for their equipment malfunctiong and they blamed the customer for it. The tech even stated the tracks pop off very easily. TL Gold are not reasonable people to deal with. Provided pics to the office manager proving the equipment was operated in a normal fashion by track marks and the position of the equipment . I was told the equipment went out perfect and the manager basically refused to allow me to speak to the owner. She reviewed the pics sent and insisted their equipment doesn't malfunction after reviewing the pics. They received over $800 for the equipment and still charged the service fee. They lost my future business. I wouldnt rent from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Read contract very carefully, you will be charged if anything goes wrong with equipment even if it's not your fault!!!!, not willing to work with you.
