Wanted to compliment two workers - Kevin and Tim for really going above and beyond what they needed to do. They had delivered a refrigerator to our house but we had left some items inside the old refrigerator that we still needed and didn't realize it until the old fridge was removed. They made an extra trip to the warehouse to retrieve the items and hand delivered them back to us. Now that's customer service at it's best! So if anyone needs an appliance, I highly recommend Jenkintown Electric! Thanks a million Kevin and Tim - you guys are AWESOME!!

Long time customer. From the highly knowledgeable and professional salesman (yes you Mike) to the excellent installers , Jenkintown Electric has always been a pleasure to do business with. Yesterdays experience with installation of a new refrigerator was no exception. Installers did a masterful job of maneuvering the fridge through barely wide enough doorways to its exceptionally snug resting place. Very polite, clean and professional. Fully satisfied.

Jenkintown Electric was highly recommended to me when I moved to the area over 35 years ago. It was a good recommendation and I have been a repeat customer over the years. Long overdue, I am now passing along my recommendation for Jenkintown Electric. Jenkintown Electric is in the heart of Jenkintown. While they do not have their own parking there is plenty of public parking available (I never had an issue). People have commented that the showroom is small. This is correct but the bonus is that you are picking appliances from among the few best rather than trying to find the best from among the many mediocre. Nevertheless, based on your need, Jenkintown Electric will be able to help you identify and select whatever model you need. Jenkintown Electric is family run and the staff is always friendly and helpful; service you cant get from the big box stores. I have always been pleased. When I moved to the area, I bought a washer & dryer from them. I was happy with the price, they installed them, and they lasted until recently with few repairs. Cant beat that. When I remodeled my kitchen years later, I returned to Jenkintown Electric and purchased a refrigerator and range from them. Again, they installed promptly and efficiently. Completely satisfied. Recently we wanted to buy a dishwasher that matched the refrigerator and range. No question, we returned to Jenkintown Electric. The dishwasher is great and super quiet. Another home run. While shopping for the dishwasher we saw a great dryer with larger capacity than our old Maytag. We came back and bought the dryer a month later. Their recommendation for the dryer was spot on and we are fully enjoying it. If you are in the market for appliances, I highly recommend that you stop by. You will like the personal service.
