Because this bank failed to exercise their fiduciary duty, they cost my father's estate thousands of dollars in tax liability. When I called them on it, their only response was "sorry". Yes they sure are.

I had a very positive experience today. I requested foreign currency the day before and was told it would be there the following day. I came in 30 mins before they closed and found out it would not be there (I didn't know it was a late request on my part to fulfill a 24 hour delivery). Three employees at the motor bank location went above and beyond to track the location of the currency, keep me updated, and made several attempts to pick it up at another location after the bank closed to secure this for me. What an unbelievably dedicated crew. I wish I had there names to thank them personally.
