I am going to write the facts and let you draw your own conclusion. Purchased a Electrolux dryer from Jarvis 3 years ago. Two weeks ago the dryer stopped turning on. Called Jarvis service. They came out and said it was the main board and maybe the front control board also. The estimate was $500 for the main board and $600 if the front board is also bad. Said most of the time the main board is all that is needed. Ordered and changed the main board. Dryer will still not turn on. Told them go ahead and do the front board. Ordered the front board. Came back to change the front board and dryer is now working. Was told the cost would be $700. That the $600 estimate did not include labor (no one ever told me that). The dryer is only $1000 new on Jarvis website.

I had previously dealt with big box stores to buy my appliances, and I will no longer do that. Jarvis appliance prices are the same as the big box stores and you get professional customer care. The installation was within a week and the team took care inatalling and explaining the features and controls for my new refrigerator!

After hitting the Big Box stores and getting no help. We went to Jarvis and head a new fridge in a week that fit and works great! Delivery was simple and easy! Mark was a pleasure to work with!
