I've been using the services of the team here for many years and am on a first name basis with several of their staff. They have been accommodating, helpful, understanding, professional, and friendly in all of my encounters and through all of my needy and, occasionally odd requests. They did my wedding bands which I had custom designed and made. Prompt and no-surprises service is also always appreciated. Great team and great quality products. Highly recommend

Christine has continued to impress with her expertise and amazing customer service. We have been in a few times to set up our Bridal Book and purchase our wedding rings. During those visits, she was personable and friendly. She took time to really get to know us as a couple to better understand our wants. During a hiccup with our bridal book, she took the time to take my phone call and help troubleshoot the issue. She even offered to look for the discount and send it to me when I was still having trouble logging in. We will continue to come back to the Diamond Center thanks to Christine and her amazing service!

I had a wonderful experience at the pandora section of the Diamond Center in Janesville! The associate was kind , friendly , personable , experienced and all around just amazing . She was patient with me throughout ordering my online items and made fun conversation in the process . Along with double and triple checking everything was done right . I am extremely grateful to her for making the whole experience stress free and assuring me everything was taken care of . I unfortunately did not get her name , but I do remember her cute pink shirt and friendly smile ! I hope you have a great day and thanks again !
