I would like to write a genuine review serious on Common Purpose.
I took a 40 weeks course. Within it I have to say, I learned and changed. As a new immigrant and minority, I did have met a lot of conflict and my life was like facing a lot of stress some times here and there. I had several bad times and led me into serious problem. Those almost buried my career. I was ordered to take the class. Within the period, I was being reminded about safety plan and the repeating thinking about the way to deal with conflict. It actually changed me gradually and helped me merging into new daily routine. Honestly, guided me away from two potentially serious conflicts. Now I feel more making sense how to make a good living in US. It helps me out from potential hazard and focus on my own business.
I would like to show my appreciation to Tony. He put a lot of effort on the class and he is very professional. He is always being nice and supportive. Take everyone individual's process seriously. He creates a friendly and safe space to talk the hard topics. He never avoid facing the problem directly, but rather to suggesting a constructive way to deal with it. Even though we had the class on zoom, his landmarked jellyfish zoom virtual background and Tuesday at Tony's would be my memory. He is the best.
I wish everyone can learn some from this class and have a happier life in future. Good luck to myself and all the 'classmates'.
