        Rude and acted like they didn't want to help me and my son. Told me they take some insurance but not all and when I said the insurance that my son had she immediately said they don't accept it even tho it's state insurance.

        My mom who is deaf needs an interpreter for every time she has an appt. They have asked if I could come in and interpret for her but I have to work. Its their job to find one and not rely on me so they can save money. They have told us they got an Interpreter months ahead before her appt only to find out when she arrives they dont have one. Its been multiple times this has happened. How do you expect her to have her eyes in the whatever its called and hear the directions? So frustrating for her. They need to do better!
