Updated Review: My mom recently had a mold issue in her home. The remediation was all handled by Will. We were kept informed every step of the way and he was always accessible for updates or to answer questions. This could have been a very stressful situation but Will made it so easy to work through and made my mom comfortable throughout the entire process. This is the second time Ive used this company for a big project and they are incredible! Highly recommend! I recently opened a business and was fortunate to get to work with Chandler and his crew during my construction. This was my first experience ever dealing with anything like this directly. Chandler took the time to explain the process to me every step of the way and to keep me informed on the progress throughout the project. He and Silas worked with me during crunch time to ensure that everything was completed by my deadlines and I was ready for opening day. What impressed me the most is that during the last few months, any time I called, Chandler answered his phone! I never had to leave voicemails or wait hours for returned calls. The level of professionalism with this company is amazing. I will absolutely use them for any of my future needs and recommend them to everyone!

Friendly and informed, but they did not provide adequate quotes and since we were thinking they'd estimate for $99, they began tearing out walls and installing dryers. They tried to charge us for an "emergency call", which it wasn't. They charged us to haul away materials and except for small, plastic Publix bag of drywall, there was no waste. The team leader took a week to send an estimate after the work was already done. I was able to negotiate down a bit, but the charges exceeded the work, even after adjustments. Will not call them again, even though the workers were friendly and capable. Everything is billed on computer models so they just tick the boxes and total it up without really detailing the work done. Essentially for tearing out two small holes, dilling one hole to look at insulation in wall and then leaving dryers in bathroom for a few days, they billed us for over $1,058. We were able to reduce to $795. Basically for drying out our bathroom wall. Disappointing.
