There were two amazing employees that helped us and a new manager named Chris. Chris was very pushy and made my mother cry. Chris is very unethical and doesn't deserve his position. My mother told him many times what she wanted. He told my mom that he "couldn't see her" in the car she liked when she asked to try it. He kept talking over my mom and talking to her when they assigned someone to help. He kept saying how one of the employees ( an amazing woman) were new and sort of criticized her. Chris here wouldn't let my mom leave and tried to keep negotiating. Please take this as a warning. This was an amazing dealership but Chris was the WORST employee I've ever dealt with.

Terrence Penn was an exceptional Brand Specialist. He made the buying experience enjoyable. The sales manager and general manager were communicative, open and fair during our interaction. The buying experience was an A+. The finance experience was not efficient. After we agreed on a price and terms, it took more than three hours for us to exit the dealership. We waited an hour and a half before a finance manager was available to complete the paperwork. The finance manager was patient and personable, however it should NEVER take that long to complete the buying process. Still an overall good experience.

We made a deal however, there was a transaction issue and we had to return to the dealership after 3 days. I called ahead of time and informed sales that we are coming , I was promised that it wont take long. I checked the car again and found latch broken. Sales told us that they will schedule service appointment to fix it. Sales had us pay the full amount. After a long wait the floor manager Chris Martin came and said well we have only one finance manager here. I had to wait 3 hours before signing the papers we left the dealership 10:15 PM Now the Chris Martin came and said you buy it as it is and said to us that this deal is not pretty. If you dont like the deal, you shouldnt have agreed to sell the car. Thats the type of management there. Any how the only person that was really customer oriented and polite was finance Thomas and Steve.
