        I have had a check engine light pestering me for quite some time. After hearing all the details and reviewing my service record, Micah listened and we came to a reasonable agreement to attempt to resolve it. The complimentary food wasnt bad either.

        I bought my used CPO car from Prakash and I live over 10hrs away. Prakash was always available to answer any questions and take videos and pictures of the car before I made the trip to purchase. Car was inside show room looking brand new upon arrival. Prakash made this a painless, quick, and efficient transaction. I highly recommend asking for him for your next car buying experience!

        Poor customer service! No one is ever available to be reached by phone! I have been trying to get a refund issued for over a month with no resolve. When asked to speak with a manager he is NEVER available.
