Well once again I am left disappointed. We recently found out that 2 rooms AND the garage operate on the same breaker. Which means all 3 cannot be operating at the same time. I have a direct to garment machine which is currently in the garage. So one day when I went to turn it on, the electricity was out. When the electrician was called out the first time, he NEVER mentioned the machine. Why? Because the machine wasn’t even on. He EVEN said it’s weird that there are TWO rooms AND THE GARAGE operating on the same breaker. So the breaker was flipped and power restored. The next time (which is when we discovered all 3 cannot be going at the same time), the property manager said it was the machine and was charging us for the electrician. Mind you, we never had this issue in ANY of our prior residents. The issue here is not the machine but the house’s inability to have several things operating at one time. Again, something that was not brought to my attention before moving. I was unaware of how the house was wired or that it was incapable of operating a commercial machine while 2 TVs are on in 2 different rooms. How can we be charged for something that was unbeknownst to us? Since day 1 we have had issues, from leaking roofs, rodents, and now electrical issues. Which makes sense why the rent is so cheap. And if that wasn’t enough, the manager claimed to have come by to “inspect” electrical issues. But we found it was really a ploy to invade my privacy and see who if anyone was living there other than myself. I’m not sure what pictures needed to be taken from someone other than the electrician. If I can rate Watson less than 1 Star I would. I am disgusted and honestly cannot wait for this lease to be up.
