Dont know exactly where to start. I could never get a call back, not one, I had to drive to their location to pick up the item needed. . I called over and over again to make sure I was using the device correctly, with no answer or call back I was able to get the equipment today that was needed. The issue wasnt with the company it was our phones. A representative, Rusty, came out to our house and he was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. Thanks

I was put on oxygen for my COPD 10 months ago and had to struggle to finally get Rohtech Jacksonville, FL to deliver my bottles. Seemed like we worked it out until last month when they said they would only deliver every 90 days and only 12 small bottles. They said I could drive across town and pick up if I needed refills. I called yesterday and told them I was coming today, did they need to know how many. They said no just come on by. Went today and was told they were out and I could come back next week. Stuck at home now for 6 days! DO NOT USE THIS SAD COMPANY!!!!

My family was in search of a good health care equipment provider in the Jacksonville area. We were less than pleased with our options and equipment availability. We found Rotech through an internet search. Within minutes after our first call, the staff had an immediate solution to our needs to get us up an running. We choose the in store pick up and the every staff meme we we dealt with was promo and courteous.

Was looking for a REPUTABLE company to replace APRIA because of their fraudulent billing practice and was recommended Rotech by my insurance co. I dont think I will be going with Rotech they called, left a voice message cool but when I tried calling back THREE TIMES I kept getting an empty line with no dial tone, no background music NOTHING to indicate I am on hold or anything. Wondering if theyre going to bill me for that now. If theyre this bad with new sales/customers I can only imagine the nightmares once you sign below the dotted line! The search continues
