Clearly this company has overextended itself with the commercial side of their business as they used to be much better for residential renovations. I guess when there is no more land to build in jax for commercial then maybe the locals might have a chance for excellent customer service for renovations. I was disappointed in lack of customer service here but if u are a ici builder customer you will be taken care of well

They installed our cabinets and tile in our new construction home a few years ago, the quality of install is horrendous, the master shower tile doesn't slope towards drain, mis matched and horrible tile cuts in all bathrooms, cracked tiles were used too. Cabinets were not painted properly and just look cheap. They definitely cut corners on everything they did. We had called them back to fix some kitchen cabinets that had a nail poking out and they wanted to cut out from above the fridge where it's all custom so it would've shown large cuts. They also replaced tile in master bc they were not level and looked horrible and used the wrong color so now the colors don't match. Zero stars.

Had my appointment with Jason. He was very rude and racist towards me. He clearly did not like the fact that I was African American. He also showed up almost 30 minutes late for the appointment then talked down to me the entire time. My builder Drees Homes had sent me to pick out countertops, and this was a horrible experience for me.

yes, we give him five stars and would recommend him highly. Joseph was polite courteous, very efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him hes very professional .
