        Would have never purchased an engine if I had known they would refuse to adjust the valves. Push rods that could never be used. Rockers that bottom out on the studs. Total cluster use Brunswick guys

        I bought a BBC roller motor from a guy that was all new. I found and issue with oiling and the guy agreed to pay J&W to prep another block and swap the parts over to make the deal right. J&W cost me thousands on that deal. They installed two sets of lifters with the tie bar upside down, the oil galleys had hard crud in them so I know the block was not cleaned well, The heads had adjustable guide plates and three rockers were riding on the edge of the valve steams. Metal from the cam went everywhere. It trashed the oil pump, scratched the piston skirts and cylinder walls.
