This company is posting 20 to 30 spam posts DAILY across multiple sites 4 properties claiming they have apartment availability. This is a lie, not one of the 4 complexes has availability until nearly summer 2022. This company makes it extremely difficult to find ana apartment because of their amount of spam posts. Have talked to craigslist who says shortly they wont be able to post anymore the IP address associated with their account will be banned from posts. Also considering hiring an attorney and suing after wasting half a day contacting this company to find out its false advertising and lies.

no response, no curtosey. All fake to get you to sign the lease. Then they own you. Quiet hours, car towings, fake noise complaints, no email response

first week we moved in we got a noise complaint. Management told us we violated quiet hours. We go to bed before 9pm and leave for work at 830. quiet hours are impossible

they took 2 weeks to respond to my email but when they needed something from me expect an immediate response or they'll "be forced to act"
