The management of this place is absolutely horrid, when you go to dispute about their charges they have nothing to say, or say they cant do anything about it. Their is absolutely no reason for management to be there, they do nothing!!! They just like leaving fines on our doors on Friday evenings so we have to wait a whole weekend to dispute it. USELESS! If you are thinking about purchasing or renting here, reconsider! I regret it dearly!

Lady at the front desk is an absolute nightmare to talk to. If you come in to ask questions expect to be greeted with nasty attitude. They expect RV owners to do maintenance on their lot as if we carry around all the tools and equipment to cut grass and rake and trim bushes. They dont mention having HOA, but they sure do act like they do! We left a few days on a vacation and returned to a notice on our door stating we were in violation of having some items in sight (you could see our trash can! Big Whoop!) the notice read in 48 hours theyd come back and inspect. Had we not come back in time we wouldve been charged a $150 fee! Rediculous. At least neighbors are friendly.
