        FINAL UPDATE: The only thing Southside Commons cares about is how the place looks to potential new residents. The outside of the apartments and the model apartment they show you are nice but once you sign a lease you'll find how little they care about residents UPDATE: I have posted new pictures of notices the new management puts on your door. This place is way worse now with the new owners than it was when I wrote my original review About a year ago they put a flyer on every door begging you to give them a five star review. No real five star place would have to do that.

        it didn't let me rent a room and it didn't return the deposit I had to wait for almost 2 months and still couldn't find my money it was very difficult for me to get my money back

        HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE LITERALLY ZERO STARS MAINTENANCE TAKES MONTHS TO FIX AN ISSUE THAT WILL RESURFACE WITHIN THE MONTH THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ISSUES IN YOUR APARTMENT RENT RAISES $200 JUST ABOUT EVERY MONTH NOT WORTH IT AT ALL
