Love this gym!! Personalized training even in the small group setting. Every workout is unique and keeps the muscles guessing from one workout to the next. Melissa does a fantastic job at making every workout very effective while personal to each members ability.

Fantastic Personal Training - great workouts individualized to your goals & unique exercises every time. Ive really enjoyed working out here and it has helped my strength and mobility tremendously! This is a 1:1 or group training place only. Ive done the 1:1 personal training and its been the best personal training Ive ever had. Ive played D1 baseball and have worked with many different trainers - Melissa is the Best! Thank you!
