The maintenance guys or whoever the hell they are they don't know how to drive through a neighborhood they almost run over people over they make these wild u-turns on 3rd Street I wouldn't trust this company at all evidently there employees are straight out of jail

Reckless drivers.. almost hit me pulling out of his lane then he ran a red light and almost hit another car.. ridiculous

Five stars isnt enough for Jim, Michael, Austin, Trevor, Julie and the rest of the staff of The Batts Company. We are thrilled with our new pool and equally elated with the experience of the entire build. Jim and his staff not only delivered on every hope we had but made this process feel like a true partnership throughout. The Batts Company was highly recommended to us by a friend who built with him 14+ years prior and has never had a single issue with his pool or equipment - therefore we did not shop contractors. Our pool was completed ahead of schedule and our job site remained neat and tidy throughout the entire process. His subs were all respectful and friendly and Jims communication during and after our build has been top notch. I saw Jim often on site meeting with his sub contractors and checking behind them the entire time work was on going. Jim, Michael and the office continue to be available by phone for any questions weve had during as well as after completion. I truly cannot say enough good things about The Batts Company. Jims experience, extensive knowledge, highest caliber network of sub contractors, and (perhaps most importantly) his integrity are a rarity today. My husband and I agree that Jim and The Batts Company was the best decision we made during our extensive remodel. I would hire them over and over again without hesitation.
