I dont know what has happened but we waited a ridiculously long time to get our food. Our waitress was great, but the kitchen is hurtin.

they took away the peel and eat shrimp and that's a real bummer, service seems ok, I feel like it has come down quite a bit. food I'd good not great as it used to be.

Ok guys you really dropped the ball on everything but the jumbo pork sandwich. okra warm and tough took for ever to chew one piece... server I ask the server for some fresh Okra... so she took my bowl of okra. I was expecting a wait i figured they would make one serving anyway. Anyway server brings okra back in under 5 minutes ,, I swear to god it was the same okra after being microwaved. un eatable.. The beans I ate but they were on the steam table to long and was kinda dried out. ok well I go to the register to pay and the girl there says go back and the server will take of you. I was there a while before she cam back, said the internet is down and I need to filll out a form. This I would have gladly done if I could see the words to small to dim so I told the server the problem and she filled it out for me. Now I left her a tip, the bill was just under 20.00 so I left the few dollars out of the 20 for the tip. So basically I paid premium price for a meal that was sub par. was late to my appointment. Just a very bad experience. In my life time I have been grill cook prep cook kitchen manager assistant manager then after about a year a general manager for a a large restaurant chain Nation wide full service restaurant. I would never have charged a customer for that. I would have comped the meal and welcomed the customer back. No manager even came out to meet with me. ever server I had knew anytime a customer was dissatisfied they were to get a manager. I may have comped several meals and my assistants may have comped several but we made great friends and grew our local business
