He is the BEST , you do have to wait a long time, I have waited over 6 hours, and will wait. I went to another Dr. for years , well known, there were 3 of them, Jackson , State street, maybe they will FLY to another location. I almost went blind , could not tell one color from another, told me there was nothing else they could do. Went to DR. Chen, not see different colors, still work 1 day a week, have a disease , macular degeneration, both eyes. these people who gave one star must not be the one with the eye issues. He sees upwards to 80 patients a day and will say late and came in for one man on Christmas Eve. He has devoted his life to take care of this. He evens comes in Saturdays if he has to , to help. So people BEWARE of who you see, I only go to DR. CHEN.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting. If you are elderly, bring a wheelchair. Staff is rude and unconcerned. They are very disorganized and let everyone go to lunch at check-in /check-out desk at once! Except one person working. Too many doctors trying to save money for one floor!!! Administration unprofessional.

Brought my Grandfather to see Dr. Chen, he was referred here by his regular Dr. We loved Dr. Chen, he was quick but very informative. We did have a long wait however, but it was worth it and everyone in the waiting room spoke highly of him.

My dad saw this man this week and he will never go back!!! Sat in the waiting room for an hour only to have this man spend 3 minutes with my dad!!!!! I never saw him wash his hands once and he didn't say two sentences to my dad the entire time. The support staff was ok but this "doctor" is a disgrace!!!! Needless to say my father WILL NEVER be seen by this man again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
