They steal money a lot even if you down on your luck dont come here Im warning anyone that is thinking about going here. The place is nasty, the staff are below average, and the room are 0 stars. Trust me when I say this place is the worst in all Jackson. The general manager is the worst of them all..

I stayed at the property in the premium room for 2 months or so. Everyone at the front desk besides the General Manager was rude and generally unhelpful. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience to do their jobs. I was locked out for an entire night because the auditor wouldn't respond to any of the phone calls on the after hours line. The rooms that havent been remodeled arent even worth going into. The only rooms that look inhabitable are the premium rooms so keep that in mind. But maintenance and housekeeping were pretty helpful. Personally, if I was ever in a position of needing an extended stay again this location would be my last option.
