The first time I made an appointment as a new client, the CSR was great and my appt was set for 11:10. The day prior to my appt, I was given a phone call reminder of my appt for 810am. That CSR was non-apologetic about the error and treated me as though it was me not remembering what time my appointment was, which I would never had agreed to an appt at 810am due to my hour drive one way. She also said that the CSR who made my appointment forgot to collect a $50 fee. I was not happy that not only one but two errors were made by the CSR who set my appointment. I did get upset and stated that I was not paying the $50. My appointment was rescheduled for 1110 the following Tuesday. This is where I made a mistake. I had 1140 stuck in my mind and walked into the clinic at 1130. There was noone in the parking lot or waiting room. I was "greeted" w basically who are you? To which I replied. I was informed that I was 30 mins late to my appointment, I was confused, stating I thought my appt was 1140. I remembered the time wrong. To which I was told, we cannot reschedule you, either. We are not going to be able to work w ZZ. I didn't say a word and left. I started crying on my way home. Yes, I had made an error of arriving at 1130, 30 mins late bc I admittedly remembered the appointment time incorrectly. But, I explained and was not a no show, in fact they knew I was on my way bc I had called to ask if they received the x rays. They never admitted the error the first CSR made when she scheduled my first appointment incorrectly nor applologized for the inconvenience. Yes, I made an error and I showed up 30 mins late, thinking I was 10 mins early. Who pays? My poor dog who is ailing. No compassion, understanding, apologies for errors made on these part. I got treated as though I was a no show for two appointments so I got banned. That was not what occurred, however. Aryn Condon is my relative who referred me to this clinic for acupuncture. I own my own real estate brokerage and I realize the importance of keeping appointments. I am sorry I remembered my appointment incorrectly and was 30 minutes late. We drove an hour and my Tibetan mastiff was in a help me up harness and had trouble getting down the ramp out of my suv, just to be treated like we were. Yes, I took my time to write this incredibly long review, obviously the two experiences I've had hurt my feelings and made me upset.
