Was charged for stickers on door's that were there prior to us moving in. Lucky we took photos. Was actually charged for re installation of screens on the windows that were already out when we moved in. Didn't have proof of that. Couldn't use the bathroom at times waiting on repairs no compensation.

We rented a house with reynolds for roughly a year and a half on locust street. They were great. Bit slow getting work done but we received our full deposit back when we left. We now have a house with all-pro but miss how great reynolds was. If you have a choice between all-pro or reynolds, go to reynolds. They also allowed us to go month to month and have a dog after our first year lease was complete. Thank you guys

My apartment wasn't even cleaned when I moved in, washer and dryers broken for a year, ants and spider infested, door seals and windows don't open, all but 1 screen is damaged, being accused of things I didn't do. Very stressful when you cannot relax at home..having others threaten me and yet I got a complaint from the guy who threatened me. Erin is very unprofessional, threatening to evict people who complain about the dump I live in. extremely unprofessional!!!
