This inspector is high priced, demands payment up front (prior to receiving report), arrives early to do the inspection intentionally without you present, will not adjust report with specific recommendations but will do so verbally. As an example, He lists an obviously bad roof as "Serviceable" rather than commenting a recommendation for new shingles. When we asked about that, he said "its not leaking now so it is serving its purpose". Seems evident he works with realtors in a way that sales are not impacted by his report and makes it difficult to use the report in any way as a negotiating tool. I would not recommend this inspection service. I have had much better results from others in the inspection business.
