        The CSR was kind and very helpful. I have never had any problems with Regions other than during covid when the branch was closed to foot traffic for so long.

        I do my BEST to stay positive. However, Regions bank is the WORSE bank I've ever seen!!! With the exception Courtney has gone out of her way to help us. We opened an account, weeks later we deposited Charles check, they had ALL funds the very next day on the 19th. Since then, they still put a hold on it and 4 days later they closed our debit cards and said it was fraud! WHILE THEY HAVE OVER 13K OF OUR MONEY. So today, Charles got his paycheck and we have no access to any money until they decide to let us back in our account. We have $0 to our name that we can get to since May 19 thanks to Regions!! It has been nothing but, oh, we will call you back, oh it'll be available this morning, oh it'll be available this afternoon. And here it is they close in 2.5 hours and we will have to wait until Monday. I would stay so far away from this place if all possible.
