Went to this location a couple of months ago the experience was unwelcoming. Recently received a call from salesman Victor checking to see if I needed anything. I needed a washer & dryer. This time the process was quick and professional. Victor was courteous and his follow up was great. I will return.Thanks Spolloc

I wish there were an option to give no stars at all, but unfortunately it is not possible. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I only had one final payment to make, which I made payment arrangements to pay on a Friday. Some things did come up and I fell behind on schedule. I said to myself Ill just make the payment the next day. For you all to come to my home knocking at my door like I had ran away or something doesnt sit well with me. Why would I make payments up to 24 months and not make the final payment??? Ive been buying furniture from you guys ever since I moved to Texas but never again. I consider myself a valuable customer and to receive that type of service is totally unacceptable. I would never do business with you guys again NEVER!!!
