I had such a wonderful experience with this place. Thank you to Travis Q Travis, Travis. He made it very easy to get all the steps done, and was very informative and detailed and great at his job. Thank you to all the people who work there For making it happen for truckers like me.

As far as peterbilt goes, for a big company to bring their equipment in it's fine I'm sure. For a owner operator like me with one truck I will never bring my truck here again. Never went to a peterbilt dealership or shop and never will again. Pretty expensive and now I can't get in contact with anyone about the status of my truck. Kind of difficult and stressful to my dog to be hauled around and in different areas. The staff was pretty nice at least. This place is for big corporate companies. Not little guys like me.

I have been searching numerous dealerships over the last 3 months, looking for the perfect truck as the first Semi in our new Truck Company. After constant back and fourths, I came across Rush Truck Center and met James Garza. From the very start he took a keen interest to going out the way to search inventories and make recommendations to guide me in the right direction. With nothing in current inventory. I left Rush still looking at other dealerships and their inventories which gave me no good results. After no success, I contacted James to see if there were any new inventory. Not only did he provide me with quality updates that completely outdid the competitors, but he went above and beyond to go through every vehicle I had an interest in, with me on FaceTime so I wouldn't have to make the 3 1/2 hr drive back up there just to see them. With his assistance and attention to detail in preparing our truck for pickup, we finally got our first truck and couldn't be more happier overall. Will definitely earn my business in the future.
