I like the store and I have purchased a lot of products from them specially their kids vitamins, but PLEASE teach that lady Maria some customer service skills! Shes RUDE! Please hire someone else because she definitely has no business working with people!

My first trip to Irving Mall's Vitamin World will more than likely be my last. I had such a bad experience with the customer service person ("Maria") on duty that particular day, I nearly walked out. I don't like high-pressure sales tactics, and that's exactly what she was trying to do to get me to purchase more expensive products. It was a BIG TURN-OFF! More than likely, it was my last trip in that place.
