        Service was horrible. Food was cold. I Don't even uunderstand how my child's food that I order ahead of even my appetizers came out in portions. She got eggs and sausage but the pancakes came out 15 minutes later and cold. But the reason why they came out late was because they were undercooked so how they came out cold is unexplainable. My appetizers came out hot with my cold meal. It was probably my worse experience at a ruby's dinner.. no silverware to eat our food no straws offered. And really didn't get the server to even check on our table.
