When you call the store the phone rings and rings and rings with no answer. A message comes on and you leave a message and no one calls back. I've ordered a part for a screen I had made by them over 2 months ago (December) and I've never received a phone call in regard to the part. I've asked when it might be in and they don't know. I asked if another company was making the part and they answered "yes". I asked if they could call this company and inquire when we might expect it to come in. They said they would call and get back to me. That was 4 days ago!!!!! I just called again and no answer.....just ringing. When you go into the store it is never busy......so why can't you pick up your phone!!!!
