Would give a zero if yelp allowed.  Called to make an appointment and discussed two teeth with the receptionist.  Only one of which wanted immediate assistance with and the other a further analysis from their office if the tooth could be saved In which my dentists office said they would need to determine.  The receptions at OC Dental... told me that "I could not make a decision on which teeth they correct and it would be considered fraudulent and illegal for me to make a decision which teeth I choose at the time if the dentist office says there are recommended treatment for other teeth"!! What?? I told the receptionist I can choose which teeth in my own mouth I wanted done at the time and they have no authority.  Receptionist tells me they cant help and hung up phone.  Called back to speak with a manager at which time., refused to tell me her name or allowed me discuss the issue with her manager... and then tells me she called my dentist after telling me their office refuses me as a patient.  Told the receptionist  not to contact my dentist as i'd never come to their office after her rude and illegal statements made towards services provided.  Whatever the dentist name., record as your legal right phone calls and setup cameras to see how your staff is ruining business., fire your receptionists and get competent employees who are legally obligated to provide their name, appropriate escalation if you want to remain in business.  Wake up and don't take my word yet read other reviews as well since it's easily found on the internet.  If you let it continue you will go out of business which according to other reviews let alone you and your staffs illegal allegations towards client rights which they stated was illegal for you not not let me chose which teeth you treat! Continue and with your receptionist with others will be put legally out of business by lawsuits.  Reporting to BBB the illegal statements made by your receptionist on my legal rights

Doctor Rajabi has ben my dentist for over 10 years now. I am really happy with him because he is fair, and awesome dentist. Thanks doctor.

This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Snake oil salesman who happen to also be 3rd rate dentists. If you want to keep your teeth and not get your mouth teeth and face damaged stay far far far away.

Do not come here. I was told my insurance doesn't cover something and denied services, I called my insurance immediately and was told that it is covered so this place essentially tried to scam me for $300. Never again, I know my coverage. Horrible people.

Horrible experience. Very rude women behind the desk talking about customers when they hung up and made fun of someone's name  and discussing drinking plans after work and asked me to come in early but then sat for an hour claiming that's how is it sometimes. Extremely terrible place and not helpful people. Receptionists are on some high horse and just arnt nice at all. Zero stars if possible. Negative stars if possible.
