I've always been happy with the service at Central Alarm , morning, noon or night, If I call, they answer. It's funny how Jim is able to fix any problem I've had remotely, whether it be the cameras, burglar or fire alarm. Or even if you should just need a hug, Jim will be there for you.  No job too small. Special thanks and shout out to Bruce Lee, you're the man!

We "met" Alarm Central 10 years ago when we purchased our home, and Jim (the owner) came to our house to repair the system that was in home. We were so impressed with the professionalism and his friendliness, we have been with Alarm Central ever since.Recently our main smoke alarm failed, and Lauren dispatched one of their service techs the same day we called. The tech arrived, diagnosed, quoted the repair, and at our request, also created a quote for a new upgraded system.Lauren helped to customize a system that met our needs and budget, and then dispatched Vidail to do the install. Vidail arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and answered all of our last-minute questions. He then he did an outstanding installation of our new alarm system, new smoke detectors, and two control panels. As an example of his professionalism, after each piece was installed, Vidail stopped and vacuumed the area!After the system was up and running, Vidail helped us to install the Alarm.com app, trained us on the many features, and even helped us to customize the settings.In summary, from our first experience 10 years ago until today, Alarm Central is a great customer centric company that we heartily recommend to anyone needing an alarm system.Thank you, Lauren, Jim, and Vidail, for an outstanding job!
